In-person counseling.

We begin with a free online conversation to check out the fit between what I can offer and what you’re seeking. In-person meetings can be either virtual or at my counseling office, a safe space at my Portland home especially designed for your comfort and privacy, and respectful of current public health guidelines.

Online weekly mindfulness classes

My free online MeetUp class is held every Friday at 8pm in a safe community of like-minded people. Please be on time as entrance to the session is locked ten minutes after we begin so that our time together is secure and undisturbed.
